Post-secondary degree in a health care profession, business or related field. A graduate degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset. Relevant project management specific education, training, or certification in project management from an accredited institution Please enter information in this field. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with complex and varied internal and external individuals and groups. Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines. Demonstrated application of systems thinking, and change management.
Additional Required Qualifications:3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience in project management, including knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies is preferred. Experience directly with clinicians and the multidisciplinary team coordinating/leading teams through facilitation/coordination of project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a unique project environment where project resources and subject matter experts have limited availability to contribute; demonstrated ability to move projects forward within these constraints. Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communication; ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult situations. Experience with MS Office suite, including MS Project and Visio, and MS Teams. Motivated and adaptable team player
Preferred Qualifications:Breadth of knowledge of healthcare and healthcare issues. Knowledge and skills in relevant knowledge management practices. Skill and experience in critical thinking, analysis, problem solving, negotiation, investigation and concerns resolution. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making and communication, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others.
