Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Master’s degree. A Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy. Registration with the relevant regulatory college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare. A minimum of 5 years in a healthcare practice consultation, leadership, or professional development role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Strong systems thinking, navigation, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strength and experience in virtual collaboration. Demonstrated resilience and ability to thrive in a changing culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional experience with IEHPs and addressing their barriers to practice. Experience as an international hire. Experience and course work in collaborative practice, evaluation, quality improvement, change, and project leadership.
