Required Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related professional discipline (Nursing preferred), plus appropriate licenses and designations. Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical care experience ideally in diverse settings such as acute care, or continuing care and community. Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of the health care system both private and public. Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues that impact a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to communicate change and lead change toward desired outcomes Demonstrated ability to communicate and interpret the ACP GCD policy to both HCP’s and the public. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Skills in report writing and comprehensive presentation. Skills in managing and developing print and web based resources. Functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a related professional discipline (Nursing) preferred. Project Management Certification or equivalent. Green Belt or above, AHS Improvement Way. LEADS certification (preferred). Proficiency in web based applications, such as Skype for Business, SharePoint, MLL. Ability and experience with facilitating virtual meetings with multiple stakeholders, groups larger than 25. Skilled in research including collection and review of evidence and completion of environmental scans.
