A minimum of bachelor’s degree in a health care profession, health care administration, and or quality improvement. Experience in process improvement, Implementation science, PROSCI, or Lean training is desired.
Additional Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working in a health care setting. At least 2-3 years of experience of project management, or process/quality improvement or implementation science. Experience in a leadership role in process improvement, project management, knowledge translation, experience, and application of change management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer literacy and familiarity with use and applications of relevant knowledge data bases of: Health care reform/structure. Issues and practices related to project management. Issues and practices related to quality improvements.
