Minimum PhD in a quantitative or computing discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology or a related field) At least 1 year experience working in an analytical environment. At least 1 year experience working in a hepatology and gastroenterology research setting. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to prioritize and triage multiple projects at the same time.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with administrative data platforms in Alberta. Strong SAS and/or R programming skills including familiarity with macros. Strong programming (SQL, Python, R, SAS) skills. Experience working with Canadian administrative health datasets (e.g., DAD, NACRS). Familiarity with creating Tableau reports and dashboards. Experience working in a research environment. Strong programming skills in a statistical language (SAS and/or R preferred).
