CEBS designation or other related professional designation. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a complex environment; demonstrates understanding of the insurance industry, employee benefits/retirement programs, and total rewards programs. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment and meet organizational requirements under tight deadlines. Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, Teams). Use of new and innovative ways to achieve positive outcomes and solutions. Demonstrates independent, critical thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Business degree, underwriting, project management training, actuarial, investment, financial planner or accounting certification. More than 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a complex environment. Understanding of group benefit and retirement program trending.
