Required Qualifications:

Active or eligible for registration with the College and Association of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta (CARTA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Three years previous supervisory or mentorship experience. Current NRP and ACLS. Competency in Arterial Line insertions and Endotracheal intubation. Connect Care Experience. Demonstrated skills utilizing teaching techniques and leadership skills. Actively worked in an acute care setting, in the past 5 years, with experience in arterial line insertion and endotracheal intubation. Two years previous supervisory or mentorship experience. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Previous experience and/or training in adult education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Connect Care Experience will be required once you are hired. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) an asset.
