Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Current certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) required Previous experience as a Lactation Consultant is required
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years recent experience working with the maternal- newborn population preferred. NRP certification preferred. Past teaching experience is preferred.
