Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience in last year with acute medical teaching patients. Recent experience in last year with pulmonary patients. Proficiency in connect care.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification in central lines. Certified in central line and PICC removal. Current It’s Your Move certification. Current N95 Fit Test. Have attended and completed a Chronic Ventilation Certification course. Recent Charge Nurse experience of 3 months in the last 2 years. Recent experience of 6 months within the last 2 years caring for patients receiving Epoprostenol for treatment of Pulmonary Hypertension.
