Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

5 years adult critical care/emergency/ICU experience within the last 7 years is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active code team member experience within the last 5 years is ideal. Procedural sedation course is an asset. Leadership roles within the last 5 years is preferred. Eligibility and/or willingness to obtain Diabetes Education Certification. Adult Endoscopy theater training within the last 5 years. Demonstration of continuous learning in Diabetes in the last 5 years is an asset. Experience with connect care is desirable. Knowledge of medical/surgical supplies and equipment is essential.
