Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation or Recreation and Leisure Studies. Active or eligible registration with Alberta Therapeutic Recreation Association (ATRA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have Class IV Driver's License. Valid Heart and Stroke Foundation BLS - HCP. Experience with individual and group program facilitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with addictions and mental health concerns. Understanding and knowledge of recovery orientated care and rehabilitation models. Strong patient and family centered approach. Ability to work within a collaborative team environment. Demonstration of punctuality, dependability and attendance record verifiable by references. CTRS certification.
