Required Qualifications:

Completion of doctoral degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from a Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) or American Psychological Association (APA) program. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Alberta Heart and Stroke: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider. Recent experience working in a hospital setting required (within the last 2 years). Recent experience in psychotherapy/counselling with patients and families. Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a patient-centred, interdisciplinary team of health care professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience within women’s health. Training and experience in formal psychological assessment. Experience working with clinical applications such as Accuro, SCM, InfoMed and Connect Care.
