Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered. Experience working in a large and complex project delivery environment, collaboratively leading virtual cross functional teams. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, PMO tools and project governance concepts. 7 or more years of experience leading medium to large sized project teams in a matrixed organization. Experience in leading IT software projects considered an asset.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, DevOps, Visio, Excel and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience in healthcare is considered an asset. Demonstrates a clear pattern of professional and personal development. A PMP designation is considered an asset.
