Completion of a bachelor’s degree in health or life sciences or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Organized, resourceful and self-starting with meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with the public. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting. Willingness to adapt and assist with additional project tasks as required.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in conducting phone surveys is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Access. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative survey design. Experience in clinical, health or patient-focused research. Previous call centre experience.
