A Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Public Health or a related Health Field. A minimum of 3 years within the last 5 years working in Public Health, Harm Reduction or Addiction and Mental Health. A minimum of 3 years’ within the last 5 years’ in a leadership or management role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Excellent leadership, mentorship, teaching and observation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively with members of the public health team and internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates critical thinking, conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Demonstrated ongoing responsibility for maintaining own continuing professional and practice competencies through professional development activities.
