Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline–Master’s level preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership/management experience in a health-related field. Three years’ experience in a community service delivery organization. Experience working with multiple organizations. Registration or certification with a professional body. Excellent interpersonal, written verbal, and teaching skills are required. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the areas of strategic planning, project management, utilization management, quality improvement, data analysis, information management, program evaluation, systems perspective and change management.
