Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Education, Physiotherapy, or Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience working in a clinical setting. Minimum of 3 years experience in pediatrics. Related clinical experience in pediatric, eating, feeding and swallowing care provision. Knowledge of clinical process and pathway development, and experience in different elements of the continuum of care. Experience leading program development, education and evaluation. Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and lead successful improvement projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a clinical leadership role is an asset. Specific training and education in program evaluation is an asset. Experience in a pediatric tertiary setting. Must be able to identify issues, set priorities and implement an appropriate plan of action. A proven ability to work collaboratively. Completion of coursework related to change management, project leadership, quality improvement methods, health services planning, system design, team building, communication and/or leadership.
