Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (clinical or business.) Master’s degree preferred. Current or prior registration as a clinician (e.g., Paramedic, Nurse).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience working in or with large, unionized, regulated, or publicly accountable organizations. Strong understanding of EHS clinical systems and work environment, along with experience implementing evidence-based practice. Experience developing and implementing performance management frameworks, or continuous improvement initiatives at scale. Significant experience in quality improvement, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives at organizational or system-wide levels. Understanding of best practices in creating a supportive and safe EHS work environment, including through training, return to work practices, and peer support. Experience managing interdisciplinary teams of senior out-of-scope professionals as well as in-scope staff. Demonstrated experience in resource stewardship, including budget planning, risk management, and prioritization across competing initiatives, and demonstrated ability to manage a moderate sized program budget. Conflict resolution skills, particularly in environments with competing interests and shared accountability, combined with the proven ability to foster collaboration with healthcare partners.


Preferred Qualifications:

Formal training in quality improvement, change management, project or program management, performance management, systems leadership, evaluation, public policy or equivalent is an asset.
