Completion of 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate.
Additional Required Qualifications:Mechanical Aptitude, Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail, Pride in your Work.
Preferred Qualifications:HVAC specific training and/or experience with. Ability to read and interpret building drawings and schematics (e.g., architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, structural, civil, etc.). Experience in operations and maintenance in a health care related facility is desired.
