This entry level professional position is an integral part of the Space Integration team in providing research and investigative information and advice in project planning, to ensure that user’s operational needs are met. The position works independently in the implementation of assigned projects and minor space plans. This position also participates in moves, adds, changes to space as well as procurement of furniture. This position is integral to the planning team in responding to user requests as well as aiding in the implementation of space plans in line with the goals and objectives established within Space Integration. This position works independently and is responsible and accountable for the investigation and evaluation of sites, data collection and collation. The position engages with the planning team in discussions with external stakeholders and clients regarding space utilization and allocation, and project coordination. This position is responsible for: Direct engagement for clients regarding procurement and installation of furniture. Creation of inventory plans and written reports on space allocations. Reporting on all Key Performance Indicators as relates to the role. Understanding and adherence to standardized lean processes, use of appropriate forms, templates. Adherence to established standards, processes and policies.

A degree from a recognized institution in social sciences, business or a diploma in architecture technology or interior design – Newly graduated applicants acceptable.

AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe. Excellent communication skills. Excellent ability to manage time Ability to manage change. Experience in a team environment.
