Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program; or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Additional Required Qualifications:Extensive, recent rehabilitation expertise through experience in a variety of settings (e.g., acute, community) to provide full breadth of clinical support to staff. A minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare education, leadership or in a professional development role. Knowledge of rehabilitation practice standards across varied disciplines (OT, PT, etc.) and experience working in an interdisciplinary team. Experience in training, coaching and performance management required. Ability to work in a highly technical contact centre environment and respond to both people and technology issues. Experience in the delivery of telerehabilitation interventions. Excellent computer skills essential, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to learn and support staff using multiple electronic platforms concurrently. Demonstrated ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at once. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, staff and management. Commitment to working collaboratively and to building a positive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with MS Office Suite including Teams. Experience with various Electronic Medical Records including Echo, Connect Care, and Meditech. Previous contact centre experience is an asset.
