Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program. Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Additional Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program required. Effective teaching skills, proven ability and skill in critical analysis, creative treatment plans and high energy, written and verbal communication skills, and computers skills are required. The successful incumbent will be capable of performing lifts, transfers, repositioning, and other physically demanding activities associated with this role. Three years of pediatric experience in a tertiary rehabilitation setting is required with knowledge of early development and associated interventions, pediatric mobility equipment prescription, and musculoskeletal assessment and treatment knowledge for children who are post-surgical/medical intervention. Knowledge of Pediatric community resources. Responsible to maintain active registration with the Physiotherapy College of Alberta throughout the duration of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Connect Care EMR is considered an asset.
