Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Additional Prescribing Authority (APA). Practice to expanded scope including APA and lab ordering. Clinically deployed with recent direct patient care experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) on a medical teaching unit or internal medicine specialty. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience on a multi-disciplinary team. Hospital residency. Previous experience with training and precepting. Ability to use evidence-based medicine in direct patient care. Motivated and self-directed for on-going continuing competence. Previous project or research experience and committee work. Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP).
