Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Three years of AHS pharmacy experience including knowledge of EPIC system and organizational/clinical workflows and practice. Comfort with technology with basic understanding of technical systems and their capabilities. Effective communication with demonstrated comfort leading meetings, presenting ideas and gaining approvals; strong interpersonal skills. Creative thinker and ability to troubleshoot with a commitment to optimizing service delivery and patient care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, be self-motivated and be comfortable working in a continuously evolving and changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Ability to extrapolate knowledge & apply a provincial view based on experience in different pharmacy settings. Project lead experience with ability to positively promote the change process & interface with key partners to discussion issues & work towards resolution. Strong organizational, time management & multitask skills. Experience with clinical information system support. Knowledge of ancillary technologies including Automatic Dispensing Cabinets, Packaging Machines & associated interfaces.
