Required Qualifications:

Additional Required Qualifications:

Lived experience in recovery from addictions and/or mental health. Experience navigating addictions and mental health care systems. Must be willing to share personal recovery experience when circumstances permit. Knowledge and experience of systemic issues such as poverty, unemployment, homelessness, stigma, medications, and the isolation felt by individuals dealing with serious addiction and mental illness and their families are a requirement for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates should be comfortable working either one-on-one or in group settings. Experience working outreach in the community. Lived experience related to having an addiction and/or mental health concern (anxiety, depression, BPD, psychosis, etc).
