Required Qualifications:

BScN or a post-secondary degree in a related field is required with at least three years’ experience in a management role in a health care setting. Strong leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate and promote a positive environment that is open to change, new approaches to care, and the organization of services is essential. Must be eligible for registration with the appropriate professional association.

Preferred Qualifications:

Equivalences of education and experience may be considered. Recent Emergency management experience preferred.
