BScN or a post-secondary degree in a related field is required with at least five years’ of experience in a Management role in an Operating Room setting. Current registration with applicable professional College required. Excellence in transferable/”soft” skills, including communication, teamwork and problem solving required. Equivalencies may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proven coaching and mentorship skills required as well as excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Power Point, and Word required; as well as working knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Project Management and Lean Leadership is an asset. Experience with Connect Care, ESP, e People, e Manager, Oracle is an asset.
