Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years within the last 5 years of progressive leadership within health care/clinical care. Demonstrated leadership experience and development in areas such as decision making, coaching, conflict management, performance management, change management, and quality improvement.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare organization of significant size and complexity. Previous experience with stakeholder engagement, consultation and facilitation. Previous experience working with internal and external stakeholders locally, zonally, and provincially. Completion of leadership development courses within the last 3 years, demonstrating progressive leadership growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master level preparation in Nursing, Leadership and/or Administration, or equivalent – In progress, or complete. Experience in leading/supporting quality improvement projects. Quality Improvement certification (i.e., AHS AIW Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent). Change Management certification (i.e., AHS PROSCI or equivalent)
