Completion of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program. Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy. Minimum 2 years' experience working in a community mental health setting. Housing experience is beneficial. Experience with functional assessment and programming. Current CPR (BLS Level C – Health Care Provider) is required. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
Preferred Qualifications:Community mental health experience preferred. Additional training in recovery-based care, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and/or behavioral assessment intervention/assessments are assets. Advanced verbal and written communication. Experience and proficiency in using Connect Care is also an asset.
