Required Qualifications:

Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program, with a minimum of a Master's degree. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar, including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be able to support flexible work schedule as we continue to grow and develop our NP program. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable working directly with patients and their family members. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team environment. Ability to function independently. Excel at working in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Computer literacy skills mandatory (i.e., Connect Care, Netcare, etc.). Experience working in an Emergency/Medicine/LDRP setting. Current NRP, ACLS and PALS would be an asset.
