Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program, with a minimum of a Master's degree. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar, including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:3 – 5 years in Women’s Health in a tertiary setting preferred. 3 – 5 years recent acute experience with Women’s Health including complex care and management required. 3 – 5 years recent experience in but not limited to Women’s Health diseases, Gynecology, L & D, Urogynecology, Colposcopy in a tertiary setting preferred. Connect Care in Ambulatory setting/Stork preferred. Computer proficiency: MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with patients with a variety of mobility levels and assistance required.
Preferred Qualifications:Ability to apply evidence-based practice standards in a clinical setting. Able to work independently and within a team. Proven ability to establish respectful relationships within a multidisciplinary team, and clients. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, critical thinking, organizational, collaborative and conflict management skills.
