Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Successful candidates must complete CT Certificate within 3 years of date of hire if not already completed. Ability to effectively communicate in English required. General knowledge of computers. Strong organizational skills and ability to assume responsibility. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively liaison with various professionals. Ability to work confidently independently and within collaborative partnership teams. Demonstrate ability to assume responsibility and work effectively in a team environment or independently. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. Demonstrate initiative, judgment and attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:CT experience. Current Venipuncture Certification. Advanced Competency Drug Certification as appropriate to imaging modality. Demonstrate interest in professional growth and development.
