Certification by the Canadian College of Physicists in Medicine (CCPM) or equivalent. Those eligible for certification will also be considered. Graduate of a CAMPEP-accredited radiation oncology physics residency program and a MSc or PhD in Medical Physics, or a related field. Candidate will be able to communicate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment and work effectively both individually and as a team member. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to leverage strong clinical physics knowledge to critically assess situations and solve problems is required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Teaching experience is an asset, along with mentorship experience. Good time-management skills, demonstrated ability to execute clinical projects is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD is preferred. History of contributions to clinical, academic, research or professional commitments is desirable.
