A minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree Current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) or other applicable professional licensing body Basic Life Support (BLS) - Heart and Stroke Recent leadership experience demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a commitment to patient- and family-centered care Demonstrated ability to manage change and build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop others while constructively managing conflict A proactive, self-directed approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and consistently see tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:A graduate degree in healthcare Recent clinical experience in acute surgical nursing Experience with rotation and scheduling processes Demonstrated human and financial resource management experience Experience with systems such as WFM, RMS, ePeople, MSN, and RLS
