Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience within the last 10 years. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong time management, critical thinking abilities, ability to work independently and within a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-directed, highly motivated and able to function effectively in stressful and dynamic situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous management experience is preferred to be successful in this position. Experience with Human Resources Business Partnerships (HRBP) and familiarity with union group collective agreements is an asset. Demonstrated skills and ability in conflict resolution and leading through times of change. Previous leadership experience in critical care preferred. Experience with RMS, WFM, ConnectCare, RLS and MSN management, Oracle, i-expense
