Required Qualifications:

A minimum of master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or a related health discipline. Master’s degree in health administration or equivalencies of education and experience will be considered. Active membership in good standing within profession. Previous leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A clear pattern of professional and personal development. Please enter information in this field.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Effective communicator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to collaborate, foster partnerships to achieve organizational goals. Family/client centered focused orientation. A commitment to providing quality services. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to manage change. Ability to manage human and physical resources within an operation environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Recent experience working with a pediatric population.
