Required Qualifications:

A Master's Degree required. Health care professional certification/ designation required. Five years' experience in health care clinical service delivery required with varied clinical experience preferably including clinical grief and bereavement counselling, mental health or palliative/hospice care. A minimum of 2 years with leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership experience with operational oversight, leading interdisciplinary teams and managing clinical services. Demonstrated critical thinking skills. Ability to manage diverse program planning and operational support with competing demands. Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external partners. Well-developed engagement, communication and interpersonal skills will be essential. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
