Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program – Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current CPR (BCLS-HCP). Minimum 3 years within the last five years of experience in specialty area of maternity and pediatrics.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a health-related discipline. Previous management or leadership experience. Change management training such as AIW (Alberta Improvement Way) or equivalent Quality Improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma) training. Minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience using Connect Care. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
