Master’s degree in occupational therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with considerable experience in mental health assessment and intervention. An equivalent level of education and experience will be considered. Registration in a professional regulatory body in Alberta as defined by the Health Professions Act (CARNA, CRPNA, ACOT, CAP, ACSW). A minimum of 3 years of front-line experience with demonstrated informal leadership competencies (i.e., leadership training or education, participation on committees/projects, leading peers, consulting to management, conducting education, sitting on external boards, involvement with professional association etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous management experience in a progressive environment is preferred. Experience leading in a unionized work environment is preferred. Connect Care experience is preferred.
