Minimum of five years of relevant progressive clinical experience. Three years of progressive administrative, leadership, or management experience. Demonstrated positive/motivational leadership. Ability to collaborate with physicians, discipline leaders, and other formal and informal program leads. Excellent communication and facilitation skills in multidisciplinary team environment. Self-directed and highly motivated. Creative and adaptable. Ability to function effectively in dynamic situations. Demonstrated understanding of conflict resolution, change leadership and coaching for performance. Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with staff, physicians and program leadership. Ability to complete qualitative and quantitative analysis. Computer and software proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of or working on an advanced level degree preferred. Ambulatory Care Experience preferred. Pediatric Experience preferred. Connect Care training and experience preferred.
