Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required (Masters preferred). An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. Minimum 5 years of clinical allied health experience (in a community environment preferred). Knowledge of Edmonton Zone Continuing Care and its interconnection with other health systems. Knowledge of client centered, interdisciplinary, and collaborative approach to service. Knowledge of internal and external resources relevant to the delivery of allied health services. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective conflict resolution and proven leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Annual membership in good standing with an accredited professional association.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous management experience preferred, however skills and experience relevant to role will be considered. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point), e-People/ Recruitment Management System, and Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP) is preferred.
