Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of recent MDRD experience. A minimum of a baccalaureate degree is required. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills, demonstrated by the ability to direct others, problem solve, and escalate concerns in a timely manner. Basic computer skills required. Strong oral and written communication with demonstrated organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships. Strong change management experience required. Consideration will be given to equivalencies in education and experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

SA or IAHCSMM certification preferred. Certification in Infection Prevention & Control preferred. Five years of healthcare services profession preferred with demonstrated progressive leadership.
