Completion of diploma from an accredited MRI Technologist Program recognized by the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) or completion of certification from an accredited MRI Technologist Program plus a diploma from an accredited Program in Medical Radiology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound), Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy. Active or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Graduate of a recognized and accredited School of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program as applicable and/or successful completion of the CAMRT Certification examination. Leadership and change management skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with technical, medical and administrative personnel. Coaching and mentoring skills to foster an environment of collaboration and effective teamwork. Must be available to work all shifts; days, evenings, nights, weekends, on-call. Connect Care Super User Role training and background.
Preferred Qualifications:Five years’ work experience in Diagnostic Imaging preferred. Previous supervisory/management experience desired. Completion of MRSO certification.
