Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Resonance Imaging (MRI) Program required or completion of certificate from an accredited MRI Technologist program plus a diploma from an accredited Program in Medical Radiology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound), Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy. Active or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Demonstrated proficient organizational, technical, interpersonal, communication and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility, work effectively independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Connect Care and PACS proficiency an asset. AHS annual continuing education and ACMDTT education requirements up to date and applicable additional courses preferred. Demonstrated participation in AHS Diagnostic Imaging Quality program/Peervue. Experience and aptitude in mentoring students an asset.
