Your Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care for acute and critically ill neonates in the Rockyview General Hospital. The primary role is to deliver family centered NICU patient care, which includes expressed milk and feed preparation. The nurse will participate in family teaching and provide leadership by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The nurse is expected to demonstrate effective communication to maintain positive working relationships with parents, families, and co-workers. The successful candidate is expected to practice to full scope and use critical thinking to independently manage multiple priorities.
