Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

We require a self-directed individual with a positive attitude, and demonstrated excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Applicants must also be up to full scope of practice. Please note All Acute Care, Continuing Care, Mental Health and Public Health LPN, RN and RPN applications require a cover letter and current resume outlining experience and abilities relevant to the position. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in acute care within the last three years essential, immediate past experience on medical units preferred. Preference will be given for experience providing care and teaching to renal and diabetic patients and to those who have PD experience.
