Post-secondary degree in business, health care, or a related discipline.
Additional Required Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant IT business analysis experience or equivalent. Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 or more years in a clinical or healthcare provider role. 5 or more years in a technology-driven role. IIBA Business Analysis certification: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP or equivalent.
