Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years related experience working directly in application support and/or system development. Demonstrated successfully experience is required in: Advanced knowledge of SQL databases and client server architecture. Diploma in Information Technology and Programming, or degree. Familiarity with 2 tier or 3 tier architectures. Familiarity with Win 2016, 2019 operating systems. proficient in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau and PowerShell scripting. Ability to write SQL queries to troubleshoot and analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Staff Scheduling Applications such as Workforce ESP, Workforce Central, Telestaff, AutoShift Callout.
