Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python for healthcare data integration, validation, and automation. Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and optimizing large clinical datasets. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric supporting production data pipelines and lakehouse architecture. Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports used by operational, clinical, or financial stakeholders. Practical experience working in Linux environments, including bash scripting, file system navigation, and scheduled jobs (cron). Experience supporting mission-critical healthcare data systems where accuracy, reliability, and auditability are essential. Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of systems end-to-end. Knowledge of data privacy, security, and access controls in regulated environments. Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, clients, leadership, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating data via REST APIs from clinical or vendor systems. Familiarity with healthcare data engineering practices, including incremental loads and medallion architecture. Experience with Microsoft Fabric administration. Experience using Git for version control. Working knowledge of Windows batch scripting. Experience with Apache Spark or Airflow and supporting SAS or SSIS workflows. Epic training or experience with Epic EHR (Clarity/Caboodle).
