Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum educational requirement is a post-secondary diploma in an Information Technology related discipline or equivalent. or Minimum 3 years related experience preferred in a Clinical area such as laboratory technology, informatics or another medical field. Must have good presentation and technical writing skills. Must possess excellent customer relations and support service experience. Must have experience gaining cooperation of a variety of stakeholders, including management, clinicians, physicians, and coworkers.
Preferred Qualifications:Prefer completed Epic Beaker CP proficiency or certification (otherwise, must complete before working in the system). Prefer experience with Beaker and ancillary systems with external data dependencies. Prefer ability to guide staff in application testing, data/system analysis. Prefer knowledge of business systems analysis and problem resolution. Prefer ability to translate and document business needs to computing solutions, application configuration.
